The SMSTS course was brilliantly delivered by Brian, considering COVID environment, it couldn't be held in a physical classroom so the course was delivered via Zoom. Just completed my SMSTS Refresher course. All felt a little weird at first due to the fact the course was delivered on zoom but the course was delivered brilliantly. The staff were easy to get along with and I would recommend anyone who needs to take one of the courses offered to do it through Know How as you wont regret it!
