Booking Classroom SSSTS Refresher Training Course

Apart from the 2-Day full SSSTS course, Know-How Training also offers the Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme Refresher (SSSTS-R) in London, Liverpool, Manchester and Lancashire. Know-How Training would like to remind delegates and staff that it is essential that all COVID-19 advice is followed and that you comply with all health, safety and welfare Government-issued
guidelines in order to protect all staff and delegates. Our classroom courses have smaller attendees, and delegate and staff are to follow our strict COVID 19 rules set out in the  Joining Instructions. Know-How Training would would like to sure delegates and staff we review and update guidance issued by the Governments.

The SSSTS Refresher is a 1-day training course designed for candidates who have already successfully completed the SSSTS training course and wish to renew their certification.
The knowledge that construction workers gain from this refresher course enables them to manage themselves, their team and the environment they’re working in from a perspective of putting safety first. This helps avoid loss of business, equipment damage and injury to workers and pedestrians alike.

Regardless of the industry, though, keeping employees safe should be a supervisor’s number one priority. A team of workers is essential, after all, for any project in Liverpool to come to completion. It is therefore vital for anyone up for a supervisor role to take the SSSTS refresher, such as offered by Know-How Training Ltd.
CITB requires that all delegates must undertake the SSSTS Refresher training course prior to the expiry of their SSSTS certification. Like the full SSSTS programme, this course is eligible for the CITB Levy, Grants and Funding Scheme.

This course is endorsed by Build UK as the standard training for all construction supervisors and foremen.

At the end of the 1 day training candidates will:

• Implement all updated Health and Safety, Welfare and Environmental legislation affecting your supervisory role
• Implement new guidance and industry best practice affected by changes
• Fulfill your responsibilities regarding Health and Safety, Welfare and the Environment.

All SSSTS course certificates are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and delegates will be required to provide proof that their current SSSTS certification is in date in order to attend the Refresher Training.
